2026年7月31日，西安，盛夏之夜，麦科奥特上市庆功会在公司总部隆重举行。
 

一个月前的6月24日，麦科医药（2335.HK）在香港交易所敲响了上市的铜锣，成为“港股多肽创新药第一股”，也是西北地区首家18A上市企业。锣声未远，激动依然。这场以“不止，我们的征途是星辰大海”为主题的庆典，汇聚了来自全国各地的全体麦科员工，共同庆祝公司登陆港交所这一重要里程碑。
 

麦科奥特CFO邹然分享了公司历时348天的IPO之路，IPO不仅是麦科奥特发展中的一个重要里程碑，更让企业完成一次全面的组织能力升级。整个上市征途中，团队完美执行了最初设定的工作计划，没有任何一个节点延误调整；及时复盘，在实战中快速迭代。上市让公司的治理能力、组织能力升级成为背后最大的隐性资产。

麦科奥特CMO王湘玲对公司未来5年战略目标进行了解读，分别从市场与商业化、产品管线与技术平台、研发与生产、资本与财务、组织与人才、品牌与合规及社会责任等维度展开阐述。清晰的规划让全体麦科人更加明确地看到每个价值目标的实现路径，以及个人梦想与公司蓝图共同奋斗的方向。

上市钟声敲响的那一刻，荣光属于舞台，更属于每一个在实验室里坚守、在工位上拼搏、在每一个平凡岗位上默默付出的麦科奥特人。上市功勋奖，颁给所有为麦科上市做出贡献的员工。王冰董事长为上市功勋奖获得者代表颁发奖金。

在麦科奥特，还有这样一群人——他们在2020年之前就加入了公司，与企业同风雨、共命运。公司为2020年前入职的员工颁发了“恒星守望”奖，奖励各位“老员工”多年来的坚守与付出。从创业维艰到今日荣光，每一位功勋的名字，都值得被铭记。

恒星守望奖代表临床药理副总监王瑞玲发表感言，用三个“不止”——不止功利、不止边界、未来不止于此，道出了麦科的价值观、人才观和未来蓝图。

“时光之约”环节，王冰董事长率先投入心愿贺卡到时间胶囊中，许下与麦科之间的最深约定。这颗时间胶囊将收集所有麦科人的心愿卡，待到公司千亿市值时，共同开启这份被时光珍藏的约定。

“鎏金启航”仪式上，公司高管团队共同登台，启动“千亿启航”——千亿麦科，不仅代表市值的新锚点，更是公司创新能力、治理能力、抗风险能力等多维竞争力的成长提升，是我们此刻就踏上的征途。

上市庆典晚宴上，公司邀请了陪伴麦科奥特一路走来的各临床专家、投资人、合作伙伴们，共同见证这份荣光。晚宴上，王老师举杯感谢大家并表示，创新药是一条艰难而正确的路。从A轮融资到登陆港交所，整整七年时间，麦科穿越了市场的牛熊，经历了资本与行业的寒冬，也见证了价值的回归。麦科的这份坚定执着，离不开各方对公司的关怀与支持。

一家企业的成长，离不开时代的机遇、政府的支持、资本的信任，以及每一位合作伙伴的携手同行。陕西君盈成长产业发展基金合伙企业（有限合伙）副总经理郭佳先生现场致辞。他表示，从A轮融资至今，一直坚信麦科奥特是一家潜力无限的企业，坚信王冰博士能带领麦科成为中国创新药领域的领头羊，进而成为全球第一梯队的创新药企业，并呼吁大家共同为麦科奥特的长期发展贡献力量。

On July 31, 2026, on a midsummer evening in Xi’an, Micot held a grand celebration at its headquarters to mark the Company’s successful listing.

One month earlier, on June 24, Micot Pharma-B (02335.HK) struck the ceremonial gong at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming Hong Kong’s first listed innovative peptide drug company and the first company from Northwest China to list under Chapter 18A. The resonance of the gong had yet to fade, and the excitement remained palpable. Under the theme “Beyond—Our Journey Is to the Stars and the Sea,” Micot employees from across China gathered to celebrate this defining milestone in the Company’s journey to the Hong Kong capital market.

“Celebrating here today with all my Micot colleagues moves me even more than the listing ceremony itself, because this is where Micot’s dream first set sail. We began with just two people; today, nearly 200 colleagues stand shoulder to shoulder. Our conviction in innovative drug development and the perseverance that has carried us forward have enabled us to achieve, one by one, every goal we set a decade ago.
 

“The listing is a new beginning. We have stepped onto the international capital-markets stage and now shoulder even greater responsibility. Yet our original purpose remains unchanged: to begin with the underlying biology of disease, address unmet clinical needs, create new medicines, ease suffering, and help people live healthier, longer and happier lives.”

Micot CFO Zou Ran reflected on the Company’s 348-day IPO journey. He noted that the IPO was not only a major milestone in Micot’s development, but also a comprehensive upgrade of the organization itself. Throughout the listing process, the team executed the original plan with precision, without delaying or revising a single milestone, while reviewing lessons learned promptly and adapting swiftly in practice. The stronger governance and organizational capabilities developed through the listing process have become one of the Company’s most valuable, if less visible, assets.

Micot CMO Wang Xiangling outlined the Company’s strategic objectives for the next five years, covering market development and commercialization; product pipeline and technology platforms; R&D and manufacturing; capital and finance; organization and talent; and brand, compliance and social responsibility. This clear roadmap gave every Micot colleague a more concrete view of how each value-creation objective would be achieved—and how individual aspirations could advance in step with the Company’s long-term blueprint.

When the listing gong sounded, the spotlight may have been on the stage, but the achievement belonged equally to every Micot colleague who had persevered in the laboratory, worked tirelessly at their desk and contributed quietly in every role.
 

The Outstanding Contribution to the Listing Award was presented to all employees who contributed to Micot’s listing. Dr. Wang Bing presented bonuses to representatives of the award recipients.
 

Yang Meng, Micot’s Deputy Finance Director and a core-team representative among the award recipients, shared his reflections:

“It was an honor to take part and a privilege to make the journey together. From the launch of the IPO process to the first day of trading, these 348 days and nights were made possible by the wholehearted commitment of every colleague involved. In the years ahead, we will carry forward the trust, camaraderie and teamwork forged along the way, continue to meet new challenges, and journey toward new horizons together.”

At Micot, another group has shared an especially long journey with the Company: those who joined before 2020 and have stood with it through both challenges and triumphs.
 

The Company presented the Stellar Guardian Award to employees who joined before 2020, honoring their years of dedication and service. From the uncertainties of the startup years to the achievements of today, every name behind this success deserves to be remembered.

Wang Ruiling, Associate Director of the Clinical Pharmacology Department and a representative recipient of the Stellar Guardian Award, spoke of three forms of “beyond”—beyond short-term gain, beyond boundaries, and beyond where we stand today—capturing Micot’s values, approach to talent and vision for the future.

During “A Promise Through Time,” Dr. Wang Bing was the first to place a wish card into the time capsule, making a deeply personal pledge between himself and Micot. The capsule will hold the wishes of every Micot colleague and will be opened together when the Company reaches a market capitalization of RMB100 billion.

During the “Golden Voyage” ceremony, Micot’s senior management team took the stage to launch the “Voyage to RMB100 Billion.” The ambition of an RMB100 billion Micot is not merely a new market-capitalization milestone. It represents the continued advancement of the Company’s multidimensional competitiveness—from innovation and governance to resilience and risk management—and a journey that begins now.

At the listing celebration dinner, Micot invited the clinical experts, investors and partners who had supported the Company throughout its journey to share in the occasion.
 

Raising a toast, Dr. Wang expressed his gratitude: “Developing innovative medicines is a difficult path, but it is the right one. From our Series A financing to our listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, seven full years have passed. Micot has weathered both bull and bear markets, endured downturns across the capital markets and the industry, and seen long-term value recognized once again. Our resolve and perseverance would not have been possible without the care, trust and support of all those who have stood with us.”
 

The growth of any company depends on the opportunities of its time, the support of government, the confidence of investors and the partnership of those who walk alongside it.

Mr. Guo Jia, Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi Junying Growth Industry Development Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), delivered remarks at the event. He said that since Micot’s Series A financing, he had remained convinced of the Company’s exceptional potential and of Dr. Wang Bing’s ability to lead Micot into a leadership position in China’s innovative pharmaceutical industry and, ultimately, into the world’s top tier of innovative pharmaceutical companies. He also called on all parties to contribute to Micot’s long-term development.
 

Every good wish is a beam of light, illuminating each step of Micot’s journey forward.

The listing is not the destination. A new journey has already begun.

Ahead are patients waiting for new medicines, diseases yet to be overcome and clinical needs still unmet. Our task is to move faster—to turn pipeline candidates into medicines, innovation into therapies, and every China-originated solution from Micot into new hope for patients around the world.
